Okoboji View opened for play in 1962 as a public course with members, leagues and open play. Okoboji View offers two signature holes: #7 is a par 3, 175 yds from the white tees over water with a sand bunker guarding the front; #16 is a par 4, 352 yds where the tee shot is key to avoid a water hazard crossing the fairway in front of an elevated green. Plenty of sand bunkers and water hazards make for a fun and interesting golf challenge.
